In order to ensure the quality of joint surveying and mapping results for basic construction projects in our city and promote the credit construction of surveying and mapping parties, this regulation is formulated in accordance with the "Quality Management Measures for Surveying and Mapping Geographic Information", "Ningbo Surveying and Mapping Management Measures", and "Ningbo Basic Construction Project Joint Surveying and Mapping Implementation Measures (Trial)".　

1. General Provisions 1.1 Purpose and Basis In order to standardize the calculation of building area, based on the "Code for Property Surveying" (GB/T17986-2000) and relevant national regulations, and combined with the actual situation in our province, this detailed rule is formulated.　

On January 20th, Ningbo held a city wide urban and rural planning work conference. On December 22-23, the 2016 Comprehensive Academic Annual Conference of Ningbo Surveying and Geographic Information Society was held in Ninghai, with more than 100 members including the society's directors, supervisors, and group member representatives in attendance. Hua Cunhong, Secretary General of the Provincial Society of Surveying, Mapping and Geographic Information, Zhu Jianzhong, Director of the Ningbo Association for Science and Technology, and Ye Liangxiao, Director of the Ninghai County Planning Bureau, attended the meeting as invited guests and delivered speeches.　

In order to conscientiously implement the spirit of the "Emergency Notice of the General Office of the People's Government of Ningbo City on Strengthening Current Safety Production Work", learn from the lessons of recent major accidents in some areas of China, and effectively strengthen the management of safety production in marine surveying and mapping, our bureau organized the 2016 marine surveying and mapping project safety production inspection work. 　

In order to promote the understanding of current high-tech and cutting-edge technology among surveying and mapping technicians in Ningbo and improve the efficiency of water surveying and mapping, on the afternoon of March 2nd, the Ningbo Surveying and Geographic Information Society invited Southern Surveying and Mapping Group, Teledyne Marine Group of the United States, and Ningbo Chengshen Surveying and Mapping Company to hold a high-energy intelligent water surveying and mapping technology forum at the Planning Building. More than 160 technical personnel from surveying and mapping units participated in the forum.　

On the afternoon of March 7th, Qiu Dongyao, Deputy Secretary of the Ningbo Municipal Party Committee and Acting Mayor, came to the Municipal Bureau of Surveying and Geographic Information to conduct research and guidance on planning and surveying geographic information work. Qiu Dongyao and his delegation visited new surveying and mapping equipment such as drones and vehicle mounted 3D laser scanning systems, and gained a detailed understanding of the operation of the Ningbo Geographic Information Sharing Service Platform. They affirmed the achievements made in surveying and mapping geographic information work in Ningbo in recent years.　

In order to accelerate the construction of the credit system for the surveying and mapping and geographic information industry in the province, promote the lawful operation and honesty of surveying and mapping units, our province has issued the "Interim Measures for the Management of the Red List of Surveying and Mapping and Geographic Information Industry in Zhejiang Province".　

Ningbo Economic and Technological Development Zone Chengshen Surveying and Mapping Co., Ltd. was established in August 2002, formerly known as Ningbo Chengshen Real Estate Surveying and Mapping Company. It has a Class C surveying and mapping qualification certificate and is a relatively senior surveying and mapping company in Beilun District. It is also a member unit of the Ningbo Surveying and Mapping Industry Association. The company's main business is control surveying, undertaking consulting services such as completion surveying, terrain surveying, water conservancy engineering surveying, foundation surveying, mining surveying, block map surveying, property map surveying, house area measurement, house element measurement, building layout, municipal engineering surveying, and real estate property rights and registration regulations.　

On January 20th, Ningbo Chengshen Surveying and Mapping participated in the city wide urban and rural planning work conference held in Ningbo. Leaders in charge of each county (city) district government (management committee), relevant departments at the city level, leaders at or above the department level of the city's planning system, and all officials of the city's planning bureau attended the meeting　

In order to strengthen the awareness of the national map, maintain the dignity of the national map, enhance the city's understanding of the importance of laws, regulations, and work related to surveying and mapping geographic information, guide all sectors of the city to pay more attention to, understand, and support the surveying and mapping and geographic information industry, and create a good legal environment,
